  • Under any circumstances, SoftShop will not be liable for any consequential, indirect or incidental damages related to your use of our products.
  • Software Products available with us for purchase are downloadable and functional, we also offer “try and buy” option. Before purchasing a license, you shall make an effort to fully evaluate our products by utilizing this option to use the trial product available for trial period ensuring the software fully meets your needs and is completely functional during the trial period. This trial product is offered free for our customers.
  • The premium software packages include one-time buying, payment and installation. Any further request will not be entertained and shall be charged extra. You agree that the purchase of our software products or service is not refundable.
  • Refund only applies to incomplete payment processes which occur during normal process of downloading, installing and usage.
  • Refund does not apply to those products which are misused, abused, neglected, altered or modified.
  • Refund process shall be voided if any original serial number on the product is confiscated intentionally or accidentally or any secured code is lost or forgotten.
  • Unlike hardware products, SoftShop dealing with software products shall not guarantee you of any refund and promises for repairing, replacing or crediting damaged or defective products.
  • Our website may guide you to some materials form third party websites and making a deal with them is not concerned with our refund policy. You need to review the third party’s policies and guidelines before making any transaction. We are not liable for any harm or damage caused to you while making purchase with them.
  • We do not guarantee or warrant that your use of our service shall be uninterrupted, timely, secured or error-free and therefore there are no chances for any refund if the services for downloaded products create problems after installation.
  • We do not necessitate that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or consistent.
  • We are not responsible for delayed, misdirected or lost mail and emails and downloading process or any other delay in communication system.
  • We make no representations for the product’s use, satisfactory quality and performance.
  • In rare instances, SoftShop, at our discretion, may issue a refund if we cannot resolve a substantial issue when the product does not match or conform to its documentation. In such cases, you should immediately contact our customer care team.
